This Privacy Policy explains how Instigaze collects, uses, and protects your personal information. By using Instigaze, you agree to these practices. We comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA).

Automatically: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, and cookies.
By connecting your Instagram account, you authorize us to publish approved story content during active campaign windows, access story insights for reporting, and read basic profile data. We only publish content you have explicitly approved in an active campaign.
Instagram Insights data is shared only with the brand that commissioned the campaign. We never sell or rent your Instagram data to any third party.
If you choose to delete your Instigaze account, we permanently and irreversibly delete all your data from our systems — including your profile information, campaign history, connected Instagram account details, Instagram access tokens, stored insights, and all analytics tied to your account. This cannot be undone.
To request account deletion, email hello@instigaze.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will confirm and complete the deletion within 7 business days. Financial transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by Indian tax law, but will be anonymized and unlinked from your identity where legally permissible.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at hello@instigaze.com — we will respond within 30 days.
We use HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive data including financial information and Instagram tokens, and role-based access controls. Please use a strong password and keep your credentials private.
Instigaze is for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18.

By registering for or using the Instigaze platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Instigaze. We may update these Terms at any time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Instigaze is a technology platform facilitating Instagram story campaigns between Brands and Creators. We enable automated story publishing via the Instagram Graph API, real-time insights tracking, and automated payment processing. Instigaze acts as a technology intermediary and does not create, endorse, or control campaign content.
Brands must ensure all campaign content complies with applicable law and Instagram's Community Guidelines. Brands must fund the full campaign budget upfront before the campaign is published. Brands are responsible for reviewing and approving creators for their campaigns.
A campaign can be cancelled only while it is in the Published (open) state — before it has gone live. Once a campaign has gone live and stories have begun publishing, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. The campaign must run to full completion and all approved creators will be paid.
Creators must have an authentic Instagram Business or Creator account in good standing. Accounts with artificially inflated metrics are prohibited. By accepting a campaign, you authorize Instigaze to publish approved story content during the campaign window. All published stories will include the required Instagram paid partnership label in compliance with ASCI guidelines.
By connecting your Instagram account, you acknowledge that story publication will occur automatically during approved campaign windows, that performance data will be shared with the commissioning brand, and that our API use is subject to Meta's Platform Terms. You may revoke Instagram access at any time through your Instagram settings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Instigaze shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nashik, Maharashtra, India.

Brands pay the full campaign budget upfront when creating a campaign on Instigaze. This ensures creator payouts are always guaranteed. Our refund policy is straightforward and fair.
Brands pay when they create a campaign. If the brand cancels before the campaign goes live, they receive a full refund of the campaign budget. If creators are selected but some budget is left unallocated, the unused portion is automatically refunded.

When a brand sets a campaign budget and selects creators, the total creator payouts are locked. If the sum of selected creator payouts is less than the total budget deposited, the remaining unused amount is automatically refunded to the brand within 2 business days.
Example: Brand deposits ₹10,000. Three creators are selected totalling ₹7,500 in payouts. The remaining ₹2,500 is automatically refunded to the brand.
The platform fee is non-refundable once a campaign has moved to Scheduled status or beyond (campaign statuses are: Draft → Published → Scheduled → Live → Completed), except where non-delivery is solely due to a platform-side technical failure. The fee is clearly disclosed at campaign creation before you confirm payment.
To raise a refund dispute, email hello@instigaze.com with the subject "Refund Dispute" within 14 days of the relevant transaction. We will respond within 2 business days and resolve within 10 business days.
